The villa manager is at your disposal 24/7 during your stay.
He will take care of showing you Mauritius and can organize, at your request, excursions, activities and all necessary transfers (price on request).
The villa also has a CONCIERGE service via L’HOTEL BELLE MARE PLAGE which can take care of reservations within the hotel
The villa staff is at your disposal from 8am to 5pm every day during your stay. If you need someone to come for dinner (5pm - midnight maximum), it will cost you Rs 2000 / evening.
We provide a laundry service at a flat rate of €20 per day per villa for the entire duration of your stay exclusively (e.g. 10 days of stay = €200 flat rate).
Please specify this option to the staff upon arrival as well as your instructions for delicate laundry.
The kitchen is equipped and you have the choice of asking the staff to prepare meals or if you prefer to cook yourself.
We recommend that you define with the staff your food budget for your breakfast, lunch and/or dinner meals (not included in the rental) as well as your preferences (and possible allergies) so that they can make the necessary purchases.
Please leave a provision upon arrival (invoices will be given to you on request).
