CONDITIONS:
The minimum stay in the villa is one week.
Rates include: Electricity, water, and gas. Bed and bathroom linens, and cleaning.
PAYMENTS
Deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay.
Payment is made online on our website.
The balance is due 30 days before your arrival at the rental.
For stays of less than 7 nights, we require the full amount. €150 security deposit
